It is highly soluble in water and is widely used in fields such as chemical industry, mineral processing, leather tanning, and wastewater treatment. It is commonly used for precipitating heavy metals and as a sulfiding agent, and is a commonly used inorganic chemical raw material.
Process: Category 1 is low-iron sodium sulfide (commonly known as yellow alkali); Category 2 is ordinary sodium sulfide (commonly known as red alkali)
