On July 23, 2026, our foreign trade colleagues accompanied a Mozambican client to the warehouse at Qingdao Port to conduct an onsite inspection of the current batch of container loading operations, and held indepth discussions regarding the shipment plan for the next batch of Xanthate and Dithiophosphate.
At the loading site, our team provided the client with a detailed introduction to product packaging, container loading procedures, and port operation processes. Leveraging Qingdao Customs' "Guangangtong" smart inspection platform and innovative regulatory models such as "inspection before loading," the entire process of inspection, release, and container loading can be managed online with realtime tracking, significantly improving customs clearance efficiency. The client highly commended the standardization and efficiency of the onsite operations.
During the subsequent business meeting, both parties reached an agreement on the shipment plan for the next batch of Xanthate and Dithiophosphate. Our company committed to completing the shipment within the client's required timeframe to ensure an uninterrupted supply. Regarding the client's request for the DualUse Item Export License for Sodium Sulfide, our company has initiated a dedicated followup process. Sodium Sulfide is listed under the DualUse Item Export Control List (HS Code 2830101000), and its export requires applying for the DualUse Item and Technology Export License from the Ministry of Commerce. Our company will prepare the required application materials, including the EndUser Certificate and contract copies, in advance, and submit the application through the Ministry of Commerce's unified platform to ensure seamless coordination between the license application and the shipment plan, thereby safeguarding supply chain stability.
