Bitop Bihope Qingdao Mining Co., Ltd. recently received a batch of primary gold ore samples from a client in Uzbekistan. Upon receipt, our technical team immediately mobilized to carry out comprehensive mineralogical and process mineralogy analyses, and rapidly developed a tailored flotation test plan.
The experimental campaign proceeded smoothly and efficiently, with all process parameters precisely controlled. During the flotation separation stage, evident mineralization of froth was observed, with distinct liberation between target minerals and gangue, resulting in clear separation interfaces and satisfactory overall performance. To date, the team has completed sample preparation for all products, including drying, riffling, and sealing of final concentrates, middlings, and tailings.
In the next phase, our in-house assay laboratory will conduct multi-element chemical analysis and grade determination on the run-of-mine ore, concentrate, and tailings, strictly following international standards. These results will enable accurate calculation of key metallurgical indicators such as recovery rate, yield, and enrichment ratio. Based on the assay data, the technical team will further optimize the flotation reagent scheme and circuit parameters, aiming to deliver the most cost-effective and efficient full-process beneficiation flowsheet for our client.
