Today, our flotation engineers arrived in Ya'an City, Sichuan Province, and went directly to the client's production site to provide on-site guidance for flotation operations. In response to the persistent challenges posed by refractory ores at this mine, they conducted in-situ flotation tests and achieved remarkable results.
On-site, our engineers conducted a thorough inspection of the client's production process, equipment operation, and reagent dosing systems. Based on the changing ore characteristics, they made precise adjustments to process parameters. Given the fine dissemination grain size, complex intergrowth relationships, and difficulties in flotation separation typical of this ore body, our engineers carried out multiple comparative tests by optimizing the reagent regime, pulp density, and flotation time. The test results demonstrated that the improved flotation scheme significantly enhanced both concentrate grade and recovery rate, effectively overcoming the long-standing technical bottlenecks in processing refractory ores at this mine.
The client highly commended our engineers' professional expertise and efficient on-site problem-solving capabilities, noting that this technical service not only resolved immediate production issues but also provided clear direction for future process optimization.
BTBH remains committed to providing clients with integrated beneficiation solutions encompassing "technology, products, and services." From laboratory research to industrial practice, and from reagent supply to on-site technical guidance, our team will continue to apply professional expertise and a pragmatic approach to help clients achieve efficient utilization of mineral resources and maximize value creation.
